Delivery timeframes: Where is my order?Updated a day ago

This page explains current shipping timeframes, holiday delays, partial shipments, and what to do if you need help with your order.


Current Shipping Update (Holiday Period Orders)

Orders placed between 15 December 2025 and 15 January 2026 may experience temporary processing delays due to the holiday shutdown and high seasonal demand.

What to Expect

  • Please allow additional processing time of up to 7-10 days

  • All orders placed during this period are scheduled to leave the warehouse by the week of the 19 January 2026

  • Tracking details are sent by email once your order has been dispatched


Want to Cancel or Get a Refund?

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can request a cancellation and refund by:


Partially Fulfilled Orders (Missing Items)

If your order status shows “Partially Fulfilled” during the holiday season delay, this means:

  • Some items were shipped first so you can get started sooner

  • Remaining items will ship separately from another warehouse location

  • We are aware of the outstanding items — no action is required from you

You will receive another shipping confirmation email when the remaining items are dispatched.

All holiday-affected orders are due to leave the warehouse by the week of 19 January 2026.


Normal Shipping Operations

From 31 January, operations return to normal.

Processing Times

  • Orders ship same day or next business day, depending on:

    • When the order enters processing

    • Regional carrier cut-off times

  • Carrier pickup delays may add 1 business day


Delivery Timeframes (After Dispatch)

Parcel Post

  • Same state: 2–4 business days

  • Interstate: 3–6 business days

Express Post

  • Same state: 1–2 business days

  • Interstate: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions.

  • Delivery timeframes apply after dispatch, not from the order date

  • Tracking details are sent once your order leaves the warehouse

  • Partial fulfilment means more items are still on the way
