How to Request a Return

  1. Visit: https://www.keto.com.au/pages/contact and select “Return Order” you will need the email you used to order your product

  2. Include the reason for return and which items you'd like to return

  3. We'll review your request and respond within 7 days

  4. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions via email

Get a Return Label or Instructions

  • If approved for return: You'll receive an email with either:

    1. A prepaid return label (print and attach to your package), OR

    2. Return instructions with the address to send items back to

  • Haven't received your label? Check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected]

Check Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if:

  • Requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Perishable items must be unopened and within use-by date

Not eligible for return:

  • Digital products (eBooks, meal plans, etc.)

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Opened consumables or supplements

  • Items outside the return window




REFUNDS

How to Request a Refund

  1. Follow the return request process above

  2. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund

  3. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued

Request a Refund Without Returning Items

Available only in these cases:

  • Damaged or defective items: Email photos of the damage via our contact form with your order number

  • Wrong item received: Contact us immediately with photos and order details

  • Digital products: If you're unable to access your purchase, contact support

We'll review your case and may issue a refund without requiring a return.

Refund Timelines

  • Processing time: 7 business days after we receive your return

  • Refund to your account:

    1. Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days

    2. Afterpay: 5-7 business days (credited to your Afterpay account)

    3. Zip: 5-7 business days (credited to your Zip account)

    4. PayPal: 3-5 business days

  • You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
