Scams & Fraud SubscriptionsUpdated a day ago

This page explains what to do if we cannot locate your order, if your email or order number is not recognised, or if you believe you may have been scammed.

We Can’t Find Your Order – What This Usually Means

If we are unable to locate your order using:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Mobile number

  • Order number

it usually means the order was not placed on keto.com.au.

In these cases, you may have been affected by a Keto Gummies scam.

Important: We Can Only See Orders Placed on keto.com.au

We can only access and support orders that were placed directly on our official website:

https://www.keto.com.au

If your order was placed on another website, even if it looks similar or uses the word “keto”, we do not have access to it and cannot cancel, refund, or track it.

Common Signs of Keto Gummies Scams

Many scam victims report the following:

  • Clicking a sponsored ad on Facebook or Google

  • Ads using AI-generated images of celebrities

  • A low initial price (e.g. “$69”) followed by unexpected charges (e.g. “$369”)

  • Bank transactions showing unfamiliar names such as:

    • Keto Flow

    • Keto Spark

    • Or other similar names

  • Receiving the wrong product (e.g. capsules instead of gummies)

  • Being unable to contact the seller

Some scammers have also managed to make transactions appear under merchant details similar to ours. This does not mean the order came from us.

If Your Email or Order Is Not Recognised

If we cannot find your order, please understand:

  • The order was not placed with Keto Australia

  • We did not receive your payment

  • We did not ship the product

  • We cannot cancel or refund the transaction

We genuinely sympathise, but we are not affiliated with these scam websites.

What You Should Do If You’ve Been Scammed

1. Contact Your Bank Immediately

  • Report the transaction as unauthorised or fraudulent

  • Ask about chargeback options

2. If You Paid via PayPal

  • Log in to your PayPal account

  • Lodge a claim under PayPal Buyer Protection

  • PayPal handles these cases independently and often refunds affected customers

3. Report the Scam

We recommend reporting scams to:

  • Scamwatch (ACCC)

  • Your bank

  • The police (for serious or repeated charges)

You are welcome to copy us at [email protected] so we can continue reporting these scams to authorities.

We Are Also Victims of These Scams

These fraudulent advertisers are:

  • Using misleading ads

  • Using fake endorsements

  • Operating overseas

  • Illegally using our business identity in payment descriptions

We actively report these scams to:

  • Google

  • Meta (Facebook)

  • Banking and merchant listing providers

Despite this, new scam sites continue to appear.

How to Protect Yourself in the Future

To avoid scams, we recommend:

  • Only purchasing from keto.com.au

  • Typing the website address directly into your browser

  • Avoiding impulse clicks on ads

  • Checking that a website has a valid Australian ABN

  • Using secure payment methods like PayPal

  • Being cautious with subscriptions

  • Being skeptical of celebrity endorsements and AI-generated content

Legitimate businesses will:

  • Have clear contact details

  • Allow you to speak to real people

  • Be registered in Australia

If You’re Unsure About a Charge

If you’re unsure whether a charge is from us:

  • Check if the order number starts with #KETO

  • Contact us at [email protected] with the transaction details

We’re happy to confirm whether it’s from keto.com.au.

Important Boundaries

  • We cannot refund or cancel orders not placed on keto.com.au

  • We cannot access or intervene in third-party scam transactions

  • Refunds for scams must be handled through banks or PayPal
