Update my delivery addressUpdated a day ago

You can update your delivery address directly in your account.

For Standard (Non-Subscription) Orders

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to Account Settings or Addresses

  3. Edit your existing address or add a new one

  4. Click Save


For Subscription Orders (Important)

If you have an active subscription, your delivery address must be updated inside the subscription portal, not just your main account.

How to Update Your Subscription Address

  1. Visit the subscription management portal:
    👉 https://www.keto.com.au/apps/subscriptions

  2. Log in using the email you used to place your order

  3. Select your active subscription

  4. Update your delivery address

  5. Save your changes

⚠️ Important:
Address changes must be made before your next scheduled delivery to take effect.
