How to report:
- Contact the store directly using their contact information (found on the website footer, contact page, or order confirmation email)
- Include these details in your report:
- What you were trying to do
- The exact error message (screenshot if possible)
- Browser and device you're using
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- You can reach stores via: email, contact form, phone, or social media messaging (Facebook Messenger, etc.)
- Note: Shopify provides the platform, but individual stores manage their own websites and are responsible for fixing store-specific issues
